‘료리’ 는 두음 법칙으로 ‘요리’를 뜻하며, 단어의 첫머리에 오는 소리를 따라서 고유어인지, 한자어인지, 음절의 위치에 맞게 소리나 표기가 달라집니다. 이러한 법칙으로 ‘료리’ 또한 어떠한 재료를 페어링 함으로써 맛과 시각이 달라집니다.
‘LYORI’ 는 이러한 모티브로 ‘요리’를 창조합니다.

Inspired by “Yori,” the Korean word for cuisine, “LYORI” reflects the subtle shifts in sound and spelling that occur in Korean depending on a word’s origin and structure.
Just as ingredients take on entirely new flavors and visual expressions through thoughtful pairing, so too does language transform. As “Yori” shifts in sound, "LYORI" reimagines cuisine.
